Returns:

We, of course, hope you are happy with your SHAXX order. If a product is not quite what you expected, you can in most cases make use of the legal right of withdrawal.

Cooling-off period:

After receiving your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to indicate that you wish to return (part of) your order.

After you have indicated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

Return conditions:

We ask you to return the product in its original condition and original packaging. The costs for returning are at the customer's expense, unless we indicate otherwise in advance or if there is an error or defect for which SHAXX is responsible.

Before returning the product, please contact us via our contact page. Please state your order number and which product you wish to return. You will then receive the necessary return information.

Personalised and custom-made products:

Products that have been made specifically to your wishes or are clearly personal cannot be returned based on the legal right of withdrawal.

For example, products that have been personally customised for or by you.

We will clearly state with the relevant product when this exception applies.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product:

Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible. Send photos so that we can quickly find a suitable solution together.

Refund:

After receiving and processing your return, we will refund the due amount as soon as possible and at the latest within the legal term. The refund will generally be made via the same payment method used to pay for the order.
